Custom-built for cruising amongst the islands of the Seychelles, Sea Star is a 40 metre yacht offering seven night cruises from Mahe to a selection of islands seasonally including Praslin, La Digue, Coco, Booby, Aride, Curieuse and Cousin. The theme of the cruises varies, from diving safaris to natural history or sea kayaking.
Built in 2002 over two decks, she has nine comfortable ensuite cabins on the lower deck, featuring porthole windows. Public areas include an air-conditioned bar/lounge, air-conditioned dining room, outdoor dining area and upper sun deck. The chef aboard SV Sea Star uses fresh local ingredients to create authentic Creole and international dishes.
Sea Star uses its engines to get around but when conditions are right, the captain allows guests to take control of her modern sailing systems. With a powerful rig, the yacht can achieve good speeds in any weather. The yacht also carries kayaks and wetsuits.

Some visitors to the Seychelles worry they may get bored in paradise. Island-hopping by yacht is the perfect way to ensure this doesn’t happen, and Sea Star offers great value.
