The M/S Barbara is one of the loveliest vessels of its size cruising in Croatia. Built in 2006, she is 135ft long and runs with two powerful engines as well as a full complement of sails on three masts. Expertly managed by her crew of 7, she plies the Adriatic coast and islands from Trogir to Dubrovnik and from Dubrovnik to Split.
She has 16 large and attractively decorated hotel-style cabins with either twin or double beds (3 doubles have an extra single bed), a tv, work table and chair, air-conditioning and private bathroom. These are located on two decks and all are above the waterline, with either windows or portholes. There are sunbeds and a Jacuzzi on the foredeck and a large saloon with picture windows. Here guests can gather round the bar before enjoying a delicious meal of Adriatic specialties prepared with fresh local ingredients by the on-board chef. Barbara carries snorkelling equipment and can arrange water-skiing, jetskiis and diving.
Prices aboard Barbara are the same for Standard Main Deck and Standard Lower Deck cabins. These range in size from 12-14.2 square meters for Main Deck twins to 15.4-15.2 square meters for Lower Deck doubles and will be allocated at the time of booking according to guests’ preference and availability.
There is a supplement of £100 per person for two of the Main Deck double cabins (15 & 16) and two of the Lower Deck double cabins (1 & 4) as these are larger. There are two large doubles on the Main Deck at 17.3 square meters, and two large double cabins with extra single bed on the lower deck at 19.5 square meters. These cabins are available at a supplement of £100 per person, subject to availability at the time of booking.
