There are 2 main restaurants located at Coco de Mer, the Mango Terrace Bar and Restaurant offering A la carte lunch and dinner menus, and the Hibiscus Restaurant offers English Breakfasts, International & Creole Cuisine, Barbeques, themed buffets as well as live entertainment provided on multiple evenings.

The Coconut Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink throughout the day and evening. Enjoy this bar with the stunning views and signature drinks.

Facilities and activities
Turtle hatching on the hotels’ beach runs from November till the end of January, witness this breath-taking natural activity, and even spot other turtles popping their heads up in the ocean.

As the hotel is surrounded by 200 acres of tropical gardens, you will have plenty of time to make the most of these and see what they have to offer. From fruit trees offering things like Mango, Banana and Pomegranate, and flowers like Hibiscus, Bluebird Vine and Spider Lily, there is so much to see and do. Combined with this, spot the wildlife in these gardens, you may be able to spot tropical bats in the evening as well as the Black Parrot, Bulbul, Turtle Doves and Sun Birds, to just name a few.

Fish feeding takes place every morning around 9.30am on the Fisherman’s Wharf. The fish know of this daily occurrence, so hundreds gather to be fed.

2 magnificent pools are displayed at this hotel, one in the shape of a Coco de Mer overlooking the Indian Ocean and the other is perched on a granite outcrop with 270 degree views of the ocean.

A gym and small library can also be found on-site.

Local excursions
Locally you can book onto deep-sea fishing expeditions as well as excursions to neighbouring islands.

Complimentary private bus shuttle transfers to Anse Lazio beach are available several times a week. Alternatively you can stroll or use the hotel’s bicycles to access the many private sandy beaches on the island.

At the bay at Anse Bois de Rose you will have access to large sand-terraces; palm tree strung hammocks and sun loungers.

There are many scuba diving centres on the island of Praslin, the hotel can arrange transport for you to go to one of these and embark on an incredible marine adventure.
