Known as the ‘Galapagos of the Indian Ocean’, the stunning granitic and coral islands of the Seychelles offer not only endless white sandy beaches but also fascinating flora and fauna.
For the hopelessly romantic, the Seychellois sunsets are possibly the finest in the world. Enjoy a cocktail from your private sea-view villa and take in your surreal surroundings.
Served by direct BA flights, the largest island, Mahe, offers an ideal mixture of luxury resorts and secluded bays. A short ferry or helicopter ride away, Praslin boasts the UNESCO listed Valle de Mai, a lush forest once thought to have been the original Garden of Eden.
Further afield, see giant Aldabra tortoises on Curieuse, watch hawksbill turtles laying their eggs on Fregate or swim with whale sharks off Silhouette.

When and where to go
Seychelles is a pretty great destination to travel to for most of the year. Generally you should aim to travel between April and November as the weather is best at this time. It can differ from area to area within the Seychelles and we will advise of this when enquiring.
Temperatures really differ depending on the time of year and area you are in, but generally you’d expect to see between 25 and 35 degrees throughout most of the year.
