Repeat business and word of mouth referrals make up over 70% of our business, and we’ve created the Voyagers Club as a way of thanking our lovely clients for repeatedly choosing us to plan their holidays or paying us the compliment of referring us to friends. As part of Temple World’s Voyagers Club our travellers accrue credits for referrals and claim free gifts for repeat bookings. Read on for the full details below.
Repeat Booking Rewards
When you travel with us you’ll automatically join our Voyagers Club, which means we’ll send you a free gift each time you make a new booking.
For holidays up to £10,000 you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine or box of Hotel Chocolat chocolates as a thank-you.
For holidays over £10,000 you will receive a half case of 6 wines or 2 x complimentary Swissport or No.1 Lounge passes for your departure airport.
Referral credits
Word of mouth recommendations are the backbone of our business. If you recommend us to a friend who hasn’t travelled with us before and they book a tailor-made holiday with us, we’ll reward both you and your friend with £100 of Temple World credit vouchers. Just make sure they mention your name when booking!
Our referral credits can be used cumulatively up to 10% of the value of a future tailor-made holiday booked with us, excluding flights. This is a genuine discount on top of competitive prices: we don’t pad out our holiday costs in any way.
Small print:
To retain membership of the Voyagers Club you need to make 1 new booking every 2 years. We reserve the right to amend these benefits or withdraw the Voyagers Club at any time without warning. There are no cash alternatives to the repeat booking rewards. UK airport lounge access only applies to Swissport and No. 1 Traveller Lounges at selected airports and is valid for the Voyagers Club member and one other guest travelling on the same holiday. Additional lounge passes can be added for an extra charge if required.
Referral credits cannot be used towards bookings for North America, Australasia and Europe. Referral credits are not transferable and have no cash value. Referral credits are only accrued on your friend’s first holiday with us. Credits can be redeemed only against the final balance of a booking, they cannot be used towards deposits. The total value of credits must not exceed 10% of the total booking value excluding flights. Credits cannot be used by the referrer and referee on the same booking if travelling together. Credits cannot be used for alumni tours, and only one person’s credit accruals can be applied to private group bookings.
