Day 1: Fly from UK
Depart from London Heathrow on a flight with Air India directly over to Delhi. (We can look at alternative airlines). On arrival you will be met at the airport and taken via private transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Delhi Day Tour
On your first full day in India you will have breakfast and then head out on a full day tour of Old and New Delhi. During your trip you will get to see and visit so many incredible highlights in India including the Red Fort (the most opulent ford and palace of the Mughal Empire), Lutyen’s New Delhi to see the new style buildings, gardens and parks, as well as visiting Qutub Minar and Humayun’s tomb. Other spots you will see are India Gate, President House and Parliament House.

Day 3: Day at Leisure
Today is a day at leisure to spend as you wish in India. After having done a lot of the bigger sites yesterday you may opt for a more laid back day, or feel free to ask your driver or hotel for suggestions and book some excursions locally for the family.

Day 4: Dehli to Agra
Travel by car or train (the choice is yours) to Agra this morning. Located just a mile from the Taj Mahal you will find your hotel, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and water fountains. There’s even a kids’ club available for a huge array of activities for the younger ones with games, crafts, activities, and plenty of space to play.

Day 5: Sunrise at the Taj Mahal
An early start is on the cards today so that you are able to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise. It’s the perfect time to visit as there are less crowds and it really does look beautiful at first light. This monument was built by in memory of the emperor’s wife, where they are both buried to this day. The construction took 22 years beginning in 1631 and had over 20,000 craftsmen working around the clock to get it finished.
Once you’ve visited the Taj Mahal, head back to your hotel for breakfast and the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Agra to Ranthambore.
Check out of your hotel and take your private transfer down to Ranthambore National Park and to your next hotel. The journey will take around 6 hours ad you will arrive to a stunning hotel surrounded by lush green forests and views of the natural water lake. Due to the close proximity to Ranthambore National Park you have many activities included during your stay.

Days 7-8: Safari Time!
Over the next 2 days you will have morning and afternoon game drives included with the local naturalist. They will teach you everything there is to know about this area including the plants, vegetation, landscape and of course the animals and wildlife found in this area. Keep an eye out to spot animals during your drives, there’s so much to see and you don’t want to miss out!

Days 9: Ranthambore to Jaipur
After a final morning game drive in Ranthambore National Park followed by breakfast, you’ll check out of your hotel and head for Jaipur – also known as The Pink City. Your hotel boasts views of the Mansagar Lake and the Aravalli Range whilst still being in very close proximity to all the sites of Jaipur. There’s even a childrens’ playground and kids’ club located at the hotel for any downtime you do have.

Day 10: Amber Fort Visit
A half day trip to Amber Fort is on the agenda for today. This iconic spot is a must-see when you are in Jaipur, with it’s royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glasswork, the walls covered in paintings and the building created with Rajput architecture, it’s obvious to see why this spot is so popular.
Return to your hotel after your visit and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 11: Free Day
Today is a free day to spend as you please. Take recommendations from your guide or the hotel team or head out independently to do your own exploring.

Day 12: Travel back to London
Unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye to India and travel back to the UK. Meet your driver in the lobby and take your private vehicle to the Airport.
Please Note-Some flights leave India for the UK very early, you may want an additional night somewhere before travelling home.
Land back into the UK.
