Combining iconic spots in Indonesia for all the family to enjoy. Starting in Ubud with White-Water Rafting, a Cooking Class and visiting the Monkey Forest, and then travel onwards over to Flores for an unbelievable stay just off the coast of Labuan Bajo. Here you’ll have a snorkelling trip and island excursion to Komodo Island to try and spot the elusive Komodo Dragons. After flying back to Bali, enjoy the remainder of your time located by the beach, with plenty of activities and facilities for the whole family to enjoy. You won’t want this trip to come to an end!

Day 1: Fly from UK

Day 2: Arrive into Bali

Day 3: Central Bali & Ubud Tour

After breakfast meet your private guide in the lobby and set off for a full day excursion to explore central Bali and Ubud. Your journey will start by travelling through the rice-paddies to Suwat Waterfall. This picturesque natural pool is perfect for a swim before continuing on to the village of Manukaya, home to the famous water temple of Tirta Empul. An optional activity most like to get stuck into is joining the locals in the purification pools and partaking in the ritual of placing your head under each of the 30 waterspouts.

Once you’ve finished exploring the temple, head over to Tegallalang, the perfect photo spot for some beautiful views of the rice terraces, before continuing on to Pakudui Village, here you’ll meet a local craftsman who will show you how he creates the carved statues and ornaments out of Albesia wood. A well earned lunch will be in Ubud before a visit to the famous Monkey Forest followed by time to see Ubud Palace in all its’ glory.

Day 4: White Water Rafting & Cooking Class

Today, a half day White-Water rafting trip on the Ayuna River will be followed by a Cooking Class. Have breakfast at the hotel before being picked up for your rafting trip, a full safety briefing, and tips will be provided by the staff. Don’t forget to look out for the beautiful scenery and any wildlife along the river! A buffet lunch will be served after rafting before being taken back to your hotel for some rest.

In the afternoon you’ll be taken to the Paon Bali Cooking Class and taught how to use traditional ingredients and preparation methods to make authentic Balinese dishes. Once you’ve created a range of dishes, sit down to enjoy them.

Day 5: Day at Leisure

Day 6: Fly to Labuan Bajo

Days 7: Komodo Dragon Excursion

After breakfast, join a resort guide and other guests at your resort for this amazing half-day trip. Take a boat to Komodo or Rinca Island in search of Komodo Dragons and continue on to Pink Beach (one of only seven pink beaches that exist in the world). A 2 hour guided walk will be led by a local island ranger all over the island to spot these creatures whilst learning all there is to know about them and their natural habitat.

Day 8: Labuan Bajo Island Exploring

This epic day begins with a short 20-30 minute boat ride to Flores Island with your resort guide and any other travellers. After docking you’ll walk over to Rangko Cave where you have the chance to swim and explore the stalactites. Continue via boat to a small island off the coast of Labuan Bajo, here you can enjoy snorkelling right off the beach, with a chance to see the wonderful marine life below the surface.

Lunch will be served on the beach and once you’re ready you’ll be taken back to your hotel for the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 9: Fly back to Bali for Beach Time!

Following a leisurely breakfast, fly back to Bali from Labuan Bajo and transfer with your driver to your beach resort in Sanur. Your family-friendly resort offers 3 outdoor pools, a games centre and a kids’ playground too. You’ll have ample time to explore the area with plenty to see and do, you are welcome to spend your days relaxing at your beautiful hotel or getting out and about on many more excursions.
