Temple World Alumni Tours
Temple World has pioneered the concept University Alumni travel in Britain. It all began with a single tour for the University of Cambridge in 1992. Since then IMA's success in providing stimulating tours for people of like mind has attracted groups from all over the world.
IMA as part of Temple World
You may have known us as IMA travel. Now incorporated into parent company Temple World, for two generations this has been a family owned company. We've been involved with intellectual travel for a quarter of a century and the list of universities we operate travel programmes for is growing.
Our ethos is to provide tours which are exciting, entertaining and above all educational to discerning, like-minded travellers from the prestigious institutions we represent. In most cases our tours are accompanied by an academic who is able to introduce travellers to wider information about the places they are visiting. Experience that special mixture of mental stimulation and bodily relaxation and the companionship of like minded travellers which characterises all our tours.
Who are these tours for?
We design our alumni tours especially for graduates and staff of specific institutions and universities, their friends and family. We are adding new programmes every year so if we don't offer a programme of tours for your institution, why not contact your alumni relations office and ask them to contact us to set one up?
